Meet Lindsey Marie

This was me in 2015, resenting motherhood and pretending everything was fine.

Hi, I'm Lindsey Marie, and I work with exhausted moms like you who want to feel good, parent with grace, and find the energy to own their day! I used to try everything to take care of myself and improve my mood. I followed a strict Paleo diet, worked out multiple times per week, had regular date nights with my husband, and even took time for myself each week. I sought help through counseling, chiropractor visits, massages, prayer, and attending church regularly.

Despite all these efforts, I found myself yelling at my kids, barking at my husband, and feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. I often screamed into my pillow and beat myself up for not feeling happier and healthier. I started hating the person I was becoming, and I knew I needed to make a change before it negatively impacted my family.

That's when I discovered Amino Acid Therapy, a fascinating concept in neuroscience. At first, I was overwhelmed by the idea, but I realized it wasn't my fault that I was feeling this way. There was a logical reason behind it, and I learned that I could feel like myself again without relying on pharmaceutical drugs.

With a few months of guidance from a coach, I followed a roadmap to feeling good, and the positive changes lasted for years. The transformation was so remarkable that I became certified in Amino Acid Therapy myself, eager to help other moms create sustainable changes in their mental health and truly enjoy motherhood.
